We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, phone number, email, farm and business details — when you register for Salem Farmer Hub, submit a marketplace listing, contact us, or apply for a partnership or investment opportunity.

We also collect basic technical information (such as device and usage data) to keep the platform secure and improve our services.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to provide Farmer Hub and Marketplace services, respond to inquiries, connect farmers with buyers and partners, and improve our solutions.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Farmer, buyer and supplier data is stored using Firebase infrastructure with role-based access controls, so that a farmer's data is only visible to that farmer and authorized Salem staff, unless the farmer chooses to make marketplace listings public.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us through the Contact page.
